John Ennis, Aigora, USA
Dr. John Ennis completed his Ph.D. in mathematics and his postdoctoral work in computational neuroscience before working for more than a dozen years now as a market research consultant specializing in sensory and consumer science. He is author of 30+ peer-reviewed articles in a variety of fields and 2 books in sensory and consumer science, is chair of ASTM E18.04 "Fundamentals of Sensory" and chair-elect of E18 "Sensory Evaluation," serves on the editorial boards of both Food Quality and Preference and Journal of Sensory Studies, and is past winner of the Food Quality and Preference, "Researcher of the Future" award. Dr. Ennis' company, Aigora, helps sensory and consumer science teams prepare for artificial intelligence.
