Agnès Giboreau
Agnès Giboreau is the Research Director of the Institut Paul Bocuse where she coordinates research programs in a multidisciplinary approach. The Institut Paul Bocuse Research Center opened in December 2008 to conduct scientific research programs aiming at better understanding the pleasure of eating, the food and health links and the economics of the food service and hospitality sectors. Its experimental restaurant and its original in situ approach are developed to study food behaviors and meal experiences.
Agnès Giboreau has dedicated herself to the study of sensory and consumer questions, relating perception to judgments and choices. She first worked in international companies managing both applied and theoretical projects on consumer perception. Agnès Giboreau has a PhD in Food science and a cognitive psychology additional training.
