Local Organising Committee

Virginie Pouyet is User eXperience Design Manager in Danone Nutricia Research. Her field of interest is about decoding users motivations and tension points to transform it into relevant and meaningful innovations (products, services and communication). With a background in food sciences, she was trained on sensory, consumer and food behaviour sciences. After a PhD focusing on food preferences in elderly people with sensory and cognitive impairments, she has continued to explore needs of sensitive targets such as frail elderly and cancer patients to design with and for them tailored made solutions. To do so, she collaborates in a multi-disciplinary approach with different partners from catering sector, healthcare and academic research. She has eight years’ experience in research and innovation in specialized nutrition.
