The process of cooking means to transform a raw material into a refined state. This transformation is in principle achieved by different cooking techniques on the basis of the introduction of heat. Generally, the cooking process of food follows a logical sequence of doings, ingredients and cooking techniques what is usually recorded in recipes. The performance does not follow this type of procedure. It puts focus on the side effects – the development of odours or scents during the cooking process created on several cooking stations by means of different ingredients. The progress of the performance is like a piece of music. This composition is accompanied by the saxophone during which the odours are transported to the audience by blowers.
