Food Quality and Preference - journal cover Selected refereed full papers from the conference will be published in a conference special issue of Food Quality and Preference. All contributors to the conference, whatever their mode of presentation, are eligible to submit papers which will be selected through a process of peer review. Full manuscripts must be submitted between 31 August 2008 and 31 October online at http://www.ees.elsevier.com/fqap. Links will open in a new window.
