Dijon is located in Bourgogne Franche-Comté, a very famous area in France for wine and cheese. The local organiser conducts sensory research on wine and cheese (and their pairings) with local producers, who would be pleased to introduce their products to the international attendees of the conference at the end of the scientific program of Monday September 12.
Representatives of wine and cheese syndicates will first describe the specifics of their production. Attendees will then be able to visit the stands of the producers and taste their products in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
In parallel, you will also have the opportunity to participate to a sensory analysis session of wine and-cheese pairing organized by the Chemosens Platform from the CSGA(Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances). The results of the analysis of these collected sensory data will be presented as part of one of the workshops during the conference.

You will then be provided with a ticket to the wine and cheese tasting, upon arrival at the conference.
