Daniel Sunzenauer

Daniel Sunzenauer is a baker and a Certified Bread Sommelier. He is the only certified Bread Sommelier in the Nordic countries and qualified as a finalist at the first World Championship for Bread Sommeliers. Since 2019 he has been working as a Product Developer in the bread category at Bakehuset AS in Norway. His role uses his expertise in sensory evaluation to find the optimal combination of ingredients, combining creativity and market trends in the development and optimization of its products. Sunzenauer's background is internationally focused, having gained significant experience in the bakery field across Denmark, China, and Norway
