Lise Dreyfuss, SAM Sensory and Consumer Research, France

Lise has been Innovation Manager at SAM Sensory and Consumer Research since 2019, a global institute specializing in sensory and consumer research. She is responsible for developing cutting-edge solutions based on the latest technology and sensory and consumer science to better understand consumer perceptions of products.
SAM Sensory and Consumer Research operates across 21 state‑of‑the‑art sites worldwide and is part of the Eurofins group, one of the world’s fastest‑growing life‑science service companies, a context that feeds Lise’s mission to champion scientific rigor, consumer relevance, and innovation in product development.
She is also Research Chair at the European Sensory Network (ESN) and Chair of the Sensory Analysis Commission of the French Standardization Association (AFNOR). She has also been an associate lecturer at the University of Tours since 2005.
Beyond methodological expertise, Lise explores how companies can craft credible sensory claims, manage risk in claim strategies, and design studies that connect consumer emotion with product experience.
