Poster printing service

To minimize the practical challenges of shipping and handling posters, Elsevier is pleased to announce that at EuroSense 2026 we will offer a poster printing service in collaboration with Kursiv Media AS.

As long as you have delivered a .pdf version of your poster according to the instructions below, the poster will be ready and waiting for you upon arrival at Nova Spektrum in September.

The price for this service is 250 NOK in start-up costs + 210 NOK (excl. VAT) per individual poster. This will correspond to approx. 50 € incl. VAT when ordering one unique poster.

We would like to encourage institutions to coordinate the ordering of their posters to ease the administration for our partner, i.e. that one person delivers the files and manages payment of all posters from the same organization together.

Poster specifications:

  • File format: .pdf
  • Size A0
  • Paper: 200g silk
    • 180g matte paper option – specified in the order

Procedure:

  • All contact with Kursiv Media to be handled directly via e-mail, in English or Norwegian.
  • Finished poster/poster is saved in .pdf format with the following file name:
    • Session1/2/3/4_POSTERIDNUMBER_LASTNAMEAUTHOR.pdf
    • Example: Session2_153_Ibsen.pdf
    • This file name will also be used to identify the poster on the reverse side and sort posters per session
  • The PDF file is sent by e-mail to: post@kursiv.no
    • Subject: Poster EuroSense 2026
    • Include full invoice information and the e-mail address to which the invoice should be sent.
    • You will receive a confirmation that the file has been received and reviewed. An invoice will then be issued.
    • If something is unclear or errors are discovered in the file, Kursiv Media AS will contact you for clarification before production begins. Updated versions of the poster may be submitted free of charge until 25 August 2026.
    • The invoice may be paid by bank transfer or credit/debit card. If you wish to pay by card, simply let Kursiv Media AS know either when placing your order or after receiving the invoice. A secure payment link connected to the invoice will then be provided.
  • The deadline for submission of the file is 25 August 2026.
  • Payment must be completed no later than 25 August 2026. Authors submitting close to the deadline are encouraged to use credit/debit card payment, as card payments are registered immediately.
  • All posters that have been paid for by the deadline will be printed and delivered to Nova Spektrum, sorted according to poster session.
