Sensory Food Network Ireland brings together sensory science expertise and research facilities from institutions across the island of Ireland. We are dedicated to developing and improving fundamental sensory science research and consumer methodologies. At the same time, Sensory Food Network Ireland supports the food and beverage industry by delivering a comprehensive service to industry, through bespoke training and via an IFST-accredited training course and interactive workshops.
