Conference Venue


Is there disabled parking?
Yes, there is disabled parking

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes – all entrances are on the ground floor.
The Plenary, breakout room, and exhibition space are all on the ground floor.
Some smaller meetings will take place on the first floor, where accessible elevators are available

Are there accessible restrooms near the conference rooms (same floor/near accessible lifts?)
Yes, there are accessible restrooms
Meeting rooms - Provide distances between rooms/if on different floors
It is a 2-minute walk between meeting rooms

Catering:  on request we can arrange for early access to the catering space.  Please contact us at accessibleconferences@elsevier.com
