Valérie Lengard Almli, Nofima and Norwegian University of Life Sciences, Norway
Dr. Valérie Lengard Almli is Senior Researcher in Sensory and Consumer Sciences at Nofima and Associate Professor at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences (NMBU). She holds an MSc in Food Science and Sensometrics from ENITIAA (now ONIRIS), Nantes, France (1998) and a PhD in Consumer Science from NMBU, Ås, Norway (2012). Her current research aims at behaviour change and industrial solutions towards a sustainable food system, with main focus on food waste reduction in households and sustainable packaging. Valérie is a scientific member of the European Sensory Science Society (E3S) Working groups on Children and on Sensitivity, and a research committee member of the European Sensory Network (ESN).
