Delegates from an academic institution
€610.00 + VAT @ 23% = €750.30
Delegates from industry
€710.00 + VAT @ 23% = €873.30
Student delegates*
€300.00 + VAT @ 23% = €369.00
Early booking student (first 100 students only)

Academic rate applies to those with a full-time position in a non-commercial institute.
*Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your head of department attesting to student status. These should be emailed to Carly Mole (Please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) to support your registration.

Your registration fee includes:

  • Access to conference sessions, posters and exhibition area.
  • Hand-held program and access to the conference app.
  • Refreshments and lunches as scheduled in the conference programme.

Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance, please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before travelling.

Guided Walking Tours

If you would like to explore some of the most famous Dublin city centre attractions, please join us on an award-winning guided walking tour from the RDS to the city centre on the evening of Monday 9 September. Experience some local attractions through the knowledge and Irish humour of the tour guides! Places are limited to 100 registered delegates on a first-come, first-served basis. These tours are free and sponsored by Sensory Food Network Ireland.

Payment methods

Payment for conference registrations can only be made by credit card online and the listed payment applications. Elsevier accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Alipay, Paypal and Unionpay. Your registration documents will be available on the registration system for you to download.

Cancellation information

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise us of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify us immediately. Provided written notice is received by 26 July 2024, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 9 August 2024, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 9 August 2024, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates
