EuroSense 2026 Photo Competition
We are delighted to announce the photo competition for EuroSense2026 delegates!
We want to explore what does it mean for you a Sense of Impact and share it with the rest of the EuroSense2026 community!
The conference chairs welcome you to Eurosense 2026, toasting with Norwegian Cider.
"Cider production in Norway, particularly in regions like Hardanger, plays a growing role in strengthening local food systems and rural economies. It boosts demand for locally grown apples, including those with cosmetic imperfections that might otherwise go to waste, supporting both sustainability and agricultural viability. The impact of Sensory Science has been instrumental in this development—helping producers refine flavour profiles, optimizing processes, and aligning products with consumer preferences. This synergy between traditional fruit farming and sensory-driven innovation has positioned Norwegian cider as a model for value-added local food production."
